Local Markdown Feed-> Newest Deals in My Stores

The Local Markdown Feed was by far one of the most favorite features in our BrickSeek Extreme membership. The great news, you still have access to this great feature, it's just been revamped slightly and relocated!

Welcome to the Newest Deals in My Store feature! Same functionality as before but now now improved with more relevant information on the deal tiles.

Accessing the Newest Deals in My Stores

For a limited time, we will include a direct link within the website's Members Area dropdown menu to access the Newest Deals in My Stores page. However, to access this in the future you will go directly to the Deals menu dropdown.

Viewing the Newest Deals in My Stores

Now that you’re viewing the page, you’ll notice each deal is located in its own tile. The tile includes the deal rating by our system; name of the item; the price of the item and how much you are saving compared to the typical price that our system has detected it usually sells for; the type of deal and which retailer it was detected at; how long ago that deal was detected by the system, and we'll also include the MSRP when it's reported to us by the retailer. We don't use the MSRP anymore for determining if something is a deal or not, they're too often incorrect and easily manipulated by third party sellers so instead we focus on the typical price for determining deals which is much more accurate and based on actual pricing data from the retailers. You also now have two buttons at the bottom of the deal tile to give you the ability to add items to your Shopping List and see the current Offers with ease.

Page Navigation

Now that you’re getting familiar with the Newest Deals in My Stores page, it’s time to scroll through these deals to find items that interest you. When you scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page, you will see how many deals are currently being displayed; and you’ll have the option to navigate to the next page, previous page, or to manually input a page number.

Applying Filters

You’ll also see product filters on the left column of this page that will allow you to filter and sort the deals. For example, if you previously saw a deal on a LEGO product on one of these pages and want to find it again, you can apply a Brands filter on the left column to filter the page to display only deals on LEGO products.
