Welcome to our brand new BrickSeek Shopping List, a feature that should become one of your biggest assets to saving money and scoring deals! Our brand new Shopping List feature is a powerful new dynamic feature that allows you to quickly generate a list of items to look for on a store-by-store basis, allows you to quickly pull up the best current offers for items, and most importantly it allows our system to notify you of price drops for items on your list by emailing you and sending you BrickSeek notifications.
Adding items to your BrickSeek Shopping List is very easy thanks to the handy button located at the bottom of any deal tile. In addition to the deal tiles you'll also have the option to add something to your Shopping List whenever you're on a product page or an Inventory Checker page.
Accessing your BrickSeek Shopping List is very easy, simply hover over your account profile icon and then select the Shopping List button.
Once you have accessed your Shopping List you can begin looking for the best deals, filter it by the best online or local stores, or filter it down to a single store like you have always been able to do.
One of the most common uses for the Shopping List is to narrow it down to a specific store so that you can head to a local retailer and look for all of the deals you have been saving to your Shopping List. To do this, start by clicking the View by Store button from the left side panel.
Next you will select which retailer and which specific store you want to filter the Shopping List for. To make this easier, you can use the dropdown menu to filter by a retailer first and then choose which specific store you plan to visit by clicking the View Results button.
That's it, it's that easy to now filter your entire Shopping List down to a specific store. No need for separate lists for separate stores, you can now build one list and then apply it to whatever store you are visiting to save you time by making it less work.
Once you have your Shopping List built, you might want to edit it to modify the Deal Alert sensitivity settings or to remove items from your list.
NOTE: You can also easily remove items from your Shopping List by simply unchecking the Shopping List button from the bottom of any BrickSeek Deal Tile.
Your BrickSeek Shopping List is more dynamic and powerful than ever before, the ability to receive BrickSeek Notifications of price drops on these items makes this a very important feature with your BrickSeek One membership that you should be utilizing to the fullest to make sure that you stay on top of the latest deals and savings opportunities.
Once you are on the edit Shopping List page you can customize what type of notifications you'd like to receive for each item. These settings will determine if the BrickSeek system should notify you of changes based on what you want to be notified of.
Select the notification sensitivity dropdown menu to choose what you would like to be notified of. By default it is set to Good Deals but you can change that setting however you'd like. If you want to receive less notifications, try setting it to Great Deals or Amazing Deals.
When you have items on your BrickSeek Shopping List you will receive notifications via email as well as BrickSeek app notifications. You can view any of these received price alerts by simply opening up your BrickSeek Notifications, which will bring you to the Deal Alert page which shows you the most recent alerts that you have received (this includes Deal Alerts as well as Shopping List alerts).
Here is an example of what a Shopping List Alert email looks like, so that you know what to look for:
Your BrickSeek Shopping List is a very powerful new feature when used to its fullest. If there are specific items that you know that you want to save money on, add them to your BrickSeek Shopping List and let our system do the work for you to notify you of price drops, whether they're online or in your local My Stores. In addition to that, you should be using your BrickSeek Shopping List to prepare yourself for trips to your local My Stores so that you know what items are carried at the store when you get there and so that you don't forget anything. Rather than having to build separate individual lists per store your Shopping List can now be built out once and then applied to any retailer and any specific store.
In addition to that, make sure you are using it to be alerted on price drops! Here is some helpful information on the alert sensitivity options:
For the Alert Sensitivity option you have the options of Good Deals, Great Deals, Amazing Deals, and In-Stock.
